We offer FREE USPS Priority shipping on ALL orders. No minimum purchase is necessary. 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

We adhere to best practices to ensure the accuracy of your order and to minimize errors. However, as human oversight can occur, we kindly request that you contact us immediately should you identify any discrepancies, so that we may promptly address the issue.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Please be advised that shipping occurs only after payment has been successfully cleared. You will receive an email notification indicating that your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. You may track your order on the USPS website; please allow several hours for the USPS system to update the status of your package

DELIVERY

Priority service delivery is estimated to occur within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that these timeframes are approximations and not guaranteed, as delivery times are subject to conditions imposed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are beyond our control.

According to USPS policy, a parcel is considered lost after 7 days. Only after this duration may a search inquiry be initiated. If your item cannot be located, we will reship it to you at no additional cost. However, if the order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.

If USPS tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, it will be ineligible for reshipment.

For orders exceeding $400, a signature will be required upon delivery unless the customer expressly requests otherwise. Please be advised that waiving the signature requirement does not guarantee the reshipment of a lost order.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange unopened products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund,  exchange, or store credit. Our return period begins 60 days from the day the delivery is confirmed by the USPS.
