The buyer understands that Absolute Aminos products are intended solely for research purposes so they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The buyer assumes responsibility to ensure that the products purchased from Absolute Aminos are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

The buyer further warrants that any materials produced with Absolute Aminos,LLC. products shall not be adulterated or misbranded as defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The buyer also affirms that such materials are not prohibited from interstate commerce under Section 505 of the Act. The buyer is responsible for verifying any hazards and conducting necessary research related to the safe use of products purchased from Absolute Aminos,LLC. The buyer acknowledges that all products shall be handled solely by qualified and trained individuals. In addition, there are inherent hazards associated with their use and the buyer represents that they are fully informed and knowledgeable about these risks based on their independent research

The buyer warrants that they are affiliated with a research laboratory, university, or other research institution, justifying the purchase and use of products sold by Absolute Aminos, LLC.

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Absolute Aminos, LLC or any associated affiliates, employees, or our subsidiaries harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, both existing and future.

All users and buyers of www.absoluteaminos.com understand that any communication that leads us to believe that you will use these products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in a refusal to sell to you and a ban from our site and future transactions. Communications include but are not limited to, asking for usage advice or application guidelines for your research.

Absolute Aminos,LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to unqualified customers. Under no circumstances shall Absolute Aminos or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of whether claims are made in contract, strict liability, or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of products, which Absolute Aminos, LLC would not otherwise undertake, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Absolute Aminos,LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities arising from the buyer’s handling or use of the purchased products.
